Don César Pavlovich Sugich, founder of the original Palominos, introduced a family-oriented dining experience that emphasized traditional Sonoran Carne Asada. Mayor Javier Villalobos, who graciously attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony, highlighted that Palominos had many options for their new location but chose McAllen. He underscored that this is a testament to the city’s appeal and vibrant community.
