The highlight of the summit was the keynote address delivered by Caroline Mays, Director of Planning and Model Programs at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

Esteemed panelists included Lauren Garduno, Chief Executive Officer of Ports-to-Plains Corridor Council; Daniel Covarrubias, Ph.D., from Texas A&M International University; and Camille R. Evans, Senior Analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration.
Concluding the summit was Kenneth Smith Ramos, former Chief Negotiator for Mexico in the United States-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement (USMCA).
Homero Balderas, the Director of the Eagle Pass International Bridge System, delivered welcoming and closing remarks, expressing gratitude to all participants and emphasizing the importance of international trade for the region’s growth and prosperity.
